Secondary title: Proposal of intersection reconstruction on G1-4/1260 road at 0.150 km in Gornji Dolič
Secondary abstract: The thesis deals with an intersection on the main road G1-4 in the Koroška region. Having compared the current policies concerning road planning to the actual state of the intersection, I found many errors. Analysis includes also data on traffic accidents which show actual safety of the intersection. After reviewing all the data, I came to a conclusion that a complete reconstruction of the intersection is required. After considering spatial factors, information provided by the municipality of Mislinja and my own ideas, I drew a plan of a new intersection which would eliminate the flaws of the current one. Moreover, the road safety itself would improve in this section of the road. Drivers would not have any more problems with visibility and pedestrians would have safe and secure access to the bus stops.
