Secondary title: Influence of additives on properties of lime-based injection grouts
Secondary abstract: In the scope of this diploma thesis we have determined the influence of chemical admixtures such as superplasticizer, viscosity modifying agent and ammonium carbamate and the influence of mineral additives, i.e. trass and limestone filler, on the properties of lime and mixed lime-cement grouts for strengthening of stone masonry buildings by grout injection. The tests, carried out in the laboratory of the Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering, were performed on the fresh and hardened grouts. In accordance with the standards we have performed the test of fluidity and bleeding test on fresh grout mixture, we also determined the flow value and the water retentivity. On hardened grout we have performed non-standardized test of shrinkage and in accordance with the standard we have determined their flexural strength and compressive strength. We have observed the course of drying for lime grout mixtures and we tried to determine the injectability of those grouts.

Abstract (ePrints): V sklopu diplomskega dela smo ugotavljali vpliv kemijskih dodatkov, kot so superplastifikator, sredstvo za kontrolo viskoznosti in amonijev karbamat ter vpliv mineralnih dodatkov, tufa in kalcitne moke, na lastnosti apnenih in kombiniranih apneno cementnih injekcijskih mas za utrjevanje kamnitih zidanih stavb. Preiskave, izvedene v laboratoriju Fakultete za gradbeništvo in geodezijo, so potekale na svežih in strjenih injekcijskih mešanicah. V skladu s standardi smo na svežih injekcijskih mešanicah izvedli test pretočnosti in izločanja vode, določili smo jim razlez in vodozadržnost. Na strjeni injekcijski mešanici smo izvedli nestandardizirano preiskavo krčenja, v skladu s standardom smo jim določili upogibno natezno trdnost in tlačno trdnost. Opazovali smo potek sušenja apnenih injekcijskih mešanic. Slednjim smo poskusili določiti sposobnost injektiranja.
