Index of inclusiveness in urban and rural kindergarten |
Secondary abstract: |
The thesis tried to discovered if index of inclusiveness is higher in urban kindergartens or in rural kindergartens. At the beginning of the thesis is written what is inclusion and integration, how did they developed in the world and in our country and how should inclusive school and kindergarten look like. At the end of first part of the thesis is written what represent index of inclusiveness and which factor are included in it. Collection of data was conducted through questionnaires, to which answers were provided from managers, kindergarten teachers and teachers assistants and parents from urban kindergartens and rural kindergartens. The result showed that there were some difference in inclusiveness in urban kindergartens and rural kindergartens but they weren’t statistically important. In conclusion mayor study was suggested. It could improve conditions of work with children with special needs in urban kindergartens and in rural kindergartens. |

V okviru diplomske naloge sem poskusila raziskati ali bo indeks inkluzivnosti višji v mestnih vrtcih ali v podeželskih vrtcih. V uvodu je najprej zapisano kaj sploh predstavljata inkluzija in integracija, kako sta se razvijali v svetu in pri nas ter kakšna naj bi bila inkluzivna šola oziroma vrtec. Na koncu uvodnega dela je zapisano kaj predstavlja indeks inkluzivnosti in katere dejavnike vključuje. Pridobivanje podatkov je potekalo preko vprašalnikov, na katere so odgovarjali vodstveni delavci, vzgojiteljice in pomočnice vzgojiteljic ter starši otrok v mestnih vrtcih in v podeželskih vrtcih. Rezultati so nam pokazali, da je prišlo do razlik v inkluzivnosti med mestnimi vrtci in podeželskimi vrtci, ki pa niso bile statistično pomembne. V zaključku je predlagana obširnejša raziskava, ki bi zagotovo pripomogla k izboljšanju pogojev dela z otroki s posebnimi potrebami tako v mestih kot na podeželju. |
