Secondary abstract: The diploma work presents socio-cultural animation as a method of work in social pedagogy. The theoretical part describes socio-cultural animation (cold and hot world, history, animators in practice and its foundations in social pedagogy) and sociopedagogical ways of working that are put into use in socio-cultural animation (group and group work, group dynamics, social influence, communication, experiential learning, community, field work as a project). In the empirical part, I described the progress of the project forum theatre, which was composed of six workshops and the final performance. During the course of the project, I used the qualitative method of data collection, the method of participant's observation and an oriented group interview. Results obtained by using qualitative research suggests that the socio-cultural animation is a very good method of work in social pedagogy. According to the results of the participants, which are visible in analysis and interpretation of the qualitative data, they were all very pleased with the project. They report that their way of expressing themselves has improved, their individual reasoning and reflective skills are increased and sense of their own competence.

Abstract (ePrints): Naloga obravnava socialno-kulturno animacijo kot metodo dela v socialni pedagogiki. V teoretičnem delu je opisana socialno-kulturno animacija (hladen in vroč svet, zgodovina, animatorji v praksi ter njeni temelji v socialni pedagogiki) in socialnopedagoški načini dela, ki se uporabljajo v socialno-kulturni animaciji (skupina in delo v skupini, skupinska dinamika, socialno vplivanje, komunikacija, izkustveno učenje, skupnost, terensko delo kot projekt). V empiričnem delu sem opisala potek projekta forum gledališča, ki je bil sestavljen iz šestih delavnic in končne predstave. V raziskovalnem delu je bila uporabljena kvalitativna metoda zbiranja podatkov, metoda odkritega opazovanja z udeležbo ter usmerjeni strukturirani intervju. Rezultati, pridobljeni s pomočjo kvalitativnega raziskovanja kažejo na to, da je socialno-kulturna animacija zelo uporabna metoda dela v socialni pedagogiki. Po rezultatih, ki so vidni v analizi in interpretaciji kvalitativnih podatkov, so bili udeleženci zelo zadovoljni s projektom. Trdijo, da se je njihov način izražanja izboljšal, povečala so se njihova individualna odzivanja in refleksivne sposobnosti, hkrati pa so okrepili občutke lastne kompetentnosti.
