Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava brezkrtačne motorje za električna dvokolesna vozila. Električna dvokolesna vozila niso samo ekološka in varčna, temveč so izreden pripomoček ljudem, ki imajo kakršnokoli motnjo ali težavo pri premikanju ali hoji. Zlasti starejši ljudje kmalu po nastanku težav opustijo uporabo kolesa pretežno zaradi težav premagovanja klančin, ko noge ne »zdržijo« več, ali pa se lahko zgodi, da nastopi nenadna utrujenost ali dihalne težave. Glavni del električnega kolesa predstavlja električni motor, ki električno energijo spreminja v mehansko. Tako je diplomska delo omejena na pogon kolesa. Za pogon mestnega kolesa smo uporabil brezkrtačni motor napajan iz akumulatorja. Pri tem ne sme moč motorja presegati 250W. Cilj te diplomske naloge je prikaz predelave mestnega kolesa v električno kolo. V ta del spadajo pogon, napajanje in ostali sestavni deli kolesa. Teoretično smo tudi predstavili delovanje motorja, ki poganja kolo in krmiljenje, ki motor krmili.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis studies brushless motors for electric two-wheel vehicles. Electric two-wheel vehicles are not only ecological and economical but also extremely helpful for people who have any kind of problems with walking or moving. Especially older people tend to quit using bicycles when they start facing problems with breathing, leg pain and sudden tiredness when riding up the slope. The main part of an electric bicycle is an electric motor which converts electrical energy into mechanical. Thus the diploma thesis focuses on the propulsion of a bicycle. A brushless motor charged by batteries was used for the propulsion of a city bicycle. The power output of the motor shall not exceed 250W. The aim of the diploma thesis is to present the conversion of a city bicycle to an electric bicycle. The propulsion, charging and other basic parts of a bicycle are included in this part. The theoretical presentation of the function of a motor, which runs a bicycle, and the entire control of a motor is also included in the diploma thesis.
