Abstract

Podjetje Assistance CORIS d.o.o. je od leta 2005 na poti k digitalizaciji poslovanja. Z implementacijo programske opreme za podporo tovrstnemu načinu poslovanja je podjetje že prilagodilo delo v operativnem, finančno-računovodskem ter prodajnem sektorju. Kljub omenjenim novostim pa se ugotavlja, da je celoten proces obdelave posameznih storitev, ki jih podjetje nudi, od začetka z odpiranjem primera, do konca s plačilom računov in arhiviranjem, predolg. V podjetju se zaradi neobvladljivosti procesov pojavlja prevelika obremenjenost zaposlenih, za potrebe podjetja se je izkazala nujna tudi izboljšava pri dostopnosti arhivskih dokumentov. Potrjena je potreba po prenovi procesov, ki bo odpravila obstoječe težave. Kot posledica procesa prenove je potrebna rešitev zgoraj omenjenih težav ter izboljšanje celotnega poslovanja podjetja. Dosedanje spremembe na področju poslovanja so bile usmerjene v zmanjševanje potrebe po papirni dokumentaciji; dolgoročni cilj podjetja je večja efektivnost, manjši stroški ter manjša obremenjenost zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: The company Assistance CORIS d.o.o. has been digitalizing its business processes since the year 2005. The new workflow was already adapted in the front office, financial and sales department with the implementation of software for supporting business processes. Despite the mentioned software updates, the company still experiences too long processes for handling of offered services from the point of opening a new case to conclusion with payment and archiving. The company is experiencing too much load on employees; the company has also identified the need for improvements in the availability of archived files. Renovation of business processes must be performed in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. Because of the renovation, the company expects improvement of business on company level. The changes, which were done so far, were oriented to a workflow with less paper documents; the long-time goal of the company is higher effectiveness, lower costs and less load on employees.
