Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela proučiti možnost uvedbe podajalnega robota v podjetju kjer proizvajajo gozdarske vitle, s katerim bi izboljšali kakovost dela, skrajšali čas obdelave in olajšali delo delavcem na določenem delovnem mestu. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljena proizvodnja gozdarskih vitel in že znani dosežki na področju avtomatizacije proizvodnje ter uporabe industrijskih robotov z vidika ekonomske upravičenosti uvajanja robotike, večje učinkovitosti, boljših delovnih razmer in zmanjšanja obremenjenosti zaposlenih. V praktičnem delu naloge je opisana možnost uvedbe podajalnega robota pri varjenju bobnov gozdarskih vitlov , z vnovično primerjavo vseh vidikov upravičenosti in tehničnih možnosti uvedbe avtomatizacije dela proizvodnje. Na koncu so predstavljeni rezultati, dosežene prednosti in tehnične rešitve obravnavanega problema.

Feeder robot for welding forestry winches |
Secondary abstract: |
The thesis aims to examine the possibility of implementing a feed robot in the company which manufactures forestry winches to improve the quality of work, reduce processing time and facilitate the work of employees in the workplace.
In the theoretical part we present the production of forestry winches and already known achievements in the field of automation of production and use of industrial robots in terms of economic viability of introducing robotics, greater efficiency, better working conditions and reducing the burden on employees.
In the practical part of the thesis we describe the possibility of introducing a feed robot for drum welding of winches with all aspects of eligibility and technical possibilities of introducing automation part of the production.
In the end part, the results obtain advantages and technical solutions for the problem. |
