Secondary abstract: | In this thesis we will try to solve the problem „process of producing white bread is too long“ in the bakery Noč in Dan in the town Krško. The forementioned company is small, but business is runing well and has regular customers. Some of the phases in the process of producing white bread are disruptive, others take too long and that is why we will try to eliminate or at least shorten them. |
