Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo poskusili rešiti problem predolgega procesa izdelave belega kruha v pekarni Noč in Dan v Krškem. Podjetje je majhno, vendar dobro posluje in ima svoje redne stranke. Nekatere faze v procesu izdelave belega kruha so moteče in predolge, zato smo jih poskusili odpraviti oziroma časovno skrajšati.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis we will try to solve the problem „process of producing white bread is too long“ in the bakery Noč in Dan in the town Krško. The forementioned company is small, but business is runing well and has regular customers. Some of the phases in the process of producing white bread are disruptive, others take too long and that is why we will try to eliminate or at least shorten them.
