Abstract

Vsako podjetje si prizadeva dosegati obstoj in nadaljnji razvoj, zato podjetju pri soočanju s spremembami v okolju pomaga predvsem učinkovito planiranje politike podjetja. Pravilno oblikovana in zasnovana vizija in politika podjetja z vsebovanim poslanstvom, smotri in temeljnimi cilji, podjetju omogoča dolgoročno učinkovitost in uspešnost. Sledijo priložnostim in se poskušajo izogniti nevarnostim, ki jim pretijo. Magistrsko delo smo razdelili na dva vsebinska dela, in sicer na teoretični in aplikativni del. Osnovni namen magistrskega dela v okviru teoretičnega dela je bila proučitev razvojnega planiranja v izbranih modelih integralnega in strateškega managementa. Proučili smo MER-ov model integralnega managementa, Pučkov model strateškega upravljanja in vodenja v podjetju, Hill in Jones-ov model strateškega planiranja in model strateškega managementa po Pearceu in Robinsonu. Izbrali smo najprimernejši model za oblikovanje vizije in politike podjetja. Najprej smo podali teoretična izhodišča in spoznanja različnih avtorjev, nato smo izbrani model aplicirali na konkretnem primeru podjetja. V aplikativnem delu magistrske naloge smo opredelili osnovne in temeljne značilnosti proučevanega podjetja, podali smo strukturno analizo proučevanega podjetja in analizo poslovnih in upravljalno-vodstvenih funkcij v proučevanem podjetju. V sklopu raziskovalno-prognostičnih procesov smo proučili obravnavano podjetje in največjega možnega konkurenta ter na podlagi tega opredelili prednosti in slabosti proučevanega podjetja. Proučili smo okolje obravnavanega podjetja ter določili možnosti in nevarnosti. Proučili smo tudi vrednote udeležencev obravnavanega podjetja. S pomočjo raziskovalno-prognostičnih izhodišč smo podali planirano vizijo in planirano politiko podjetja.

Secondary abstract: Every company strives to achieve existence and further development, therefore efficiently planning of company policy help companies facing with changes in environment. Correctly formed and designed vision and also policy of the company with included mission, aims and key objectives allowed company to be efficient and successfull on long term. They follow opportunities and try to awoid the traps that threaten them. This masterˈs thesis is divided into two parts by content, on the teoretical and on the empirical part. The basis purpose of master thesis in context of teoretical part was to examine development planning in selected models of integral and strategic management. We examine MER model of integral management, Pučko`s model of strategic management process, Hill and Jones model of strategic planning and Pearce and Robinson model of strategic management. We select the most appropiate model to formulate vision and company policy. At the beginning, we give teoretical starting points and thesis of different authors, then we applicate selected model on realistic company. In applicative part of master thesis we specify basic and fundamental features of selected company, we give structural analysis and analysis of business in management executives funtions in selected company. In part of research – prognostic process we examine selected company and its biggest competition and based on that, we define strenght and weaknesses of selected company. We examine the environment and define opportunities, threads and values of the participants from the studied company. Based on the research – prognostic basics we designed planned vision and planned company policy.
