Povzetek

Podjetje je gospodarska tvorba, je neka enota, ki je samostojna v pravnem, ekonomskem, operativnem, notranjem in zunanjem pogledu glede svojega razvoja, odločanja o delu in organiziranju, razdeljevanju dohodka, v pogledu ciljev in v pogledu zagotavljanja svojega obstoja. Vedenje vsakega podjetja je usmerjeno k doseganju svojega cilja, pri tem pa se je prisiljeno vedno znova prilagajati spremembam v okolju. Okolje organizacij postaja vse bolj kompleksno. Cilj vsakega podjetja je obstoj in nadaljnji razvoj, zato je predvidevanje prihodnjih pojavov v okolju podjetja ključnega pomena za opredeljevanje uspešne politike vsakega podjetja. S povečevanjem turbolentnosti okolij podjetij postaja čedalje zahtevnejše tudi planiranje, še posebej snovanje, oblikovanje in izbiranje politike podjetja. Z oblikovanjem vizije in izbiro prave politike podjetja, to je poslanstva, smotrov in temeljnih ciljev zmanjšamo razvojna tveganja podjetja in tako zagotovimo nadaljnji obstoj in razvoj podjetja. Magistrsko delo smo razdelili na dva vsebinska dela, in sicer na teoretični in praktični del. Osnovni namen magistrske naloge v okviru teoretičnega dela je bil pregled treh modelov integralnega managementa in izbira primernega modela za oblikovanje vizije in politike podjetja. Najprej smo podali teoretična izhodišča različnih avtorjev in nato najprimernejši model uporabili na konkretnem primeru podjetja. V praktičnem delu magistrske naloge smo opredelili temeljne značilnosti proučevanega podjetja, izvedli smo strukturno analizo proučevanega podjetja. Za podjetje smo opredelili dejavnostna področja in strukture podjetja. Naredili smo analizo poslovnih in upravljalnih funkcij v proučevanem podjetju. S pomočjo Pümpin - Prangejeve metode (1995) smo ugotovili fazo življenjskega cikla obravnavanega podjetja in ugotovili, da se podjetje nahaja med pionirsko fazo in fazo rasti. V sklopu raziskovalno – prognostičnih procesov smo proučili vrednote udeležencev obravnavanega podjetja, proučili konkurenco podjetja in na podlagi tega opredelili prednosti in slabosti proučevanega podjetja. Proučili smo tudi okolje obravnavanega podjetja in določili možnosti in nevarnosti. Na osnovi raziskovalno – prognostičnih izhodišč smo oblikovali predlog vizije in politike podjetja HIP-HOP 3, d.o.o. ter za proučevano podjetje zapisali vodila o poslanstvu in smotrih.

Sekundarni povzetek: Company is an economic structure; it is a unit that is independent in the legal, economic, operational, internal and external view about its development, deciding about the work and organization, distribution of profit, in view of objectives and ensuring its existence. The conduct of each company is directed towards achieving their goal, while it is forced to constantly adapt to changes in the environment. The environment of organizations becoming more and more complex. The objective of each company is existence and further development, therefore anticipation of future events in the business environment is crucial to identify effective policies of each company. By increasing turbulence in business environment, it is becoming increasingly complex to plan, espesially to plot, desing and select company polices. By creating a vision and choosing the right company policy, meaning mission, aims and key objectives, we reduce developmental risks for the company and consequently ensure the survival and further development of the company. This master's thesis is divided into two parts by content, on the theoretical and on the practical part. The basic purpose of master's thesis in the context of the theoretical part was the review of three models of integral management and selection of an appropriate model for creating a vision and company policy. Firs we gave a theoretical basis from different authors and then used the most appropriate model on real example of a company. In the practical part of the thesis, we defined key characteristics of the studied company and also carried out a structural analysis of the company. For this company, we have identified activity areas and company structure. We also did an analysis of business and managemet functions in the studied company. With help from Pumpin-Prange method (1995), we identified life stage phase of the company and found, that this particular company is right between pioneering stange and a stage of growth. As part of the research – prognostic processes we examined valeus of the participants from the studied company, studied competition of this company and based on that we identified strengths and weaknesses of the company. We have also studied the environment ot the company and identified opportunities and threats. Based on the research – prognostic basics we designed a draft of vision and policy fot the company HIP-HOP 3, Ltd. and wrote down leads about policy and goals for the studied company.
