diplomsko delo
Abstract
V diplomskem delu bomo poiskali najmanjši možen kvadrat, ki očrta podan poljuben trikotnik. Ugotovili smo, da obstajajo trije različni načini, kako so trikotniki postavljeni v kvadratu. Imenovali jih bomo diagonalni, ogliščni in stranični kvadrat. Nato te kvadrate primerjamo med sabo in ugotovimo, za katere pogoje je posamezni kvadrat najmanjši. V nadaljevanju te ugotovitve združimo v eno matematično pravilo. V zaključku predstavimo spletno aplikacijo, ki izriše najmanjši kvadrat, ki vsebuje dan trikotnik.

Triangles in squares |
Secondary abstract: |
In this graduation thesis we find the smallest possible square that outlines any given triangle. We find that there are three different ways in which are triangles placed in a square. Hereafter called diagonal, vertex and side square. Then these squares are compared with each other and we determine the conditions, which then gives us the smallest square. These findings are combined into a single mathematical rule. At the end we preset web application, which draws minimal square that contains a given triangle. |
