Prenova procesa čiščenja v obratu trdnih farmacevtskih oblik

Abstract

V diplomskem delu opisujemo proces čiščenja v obratu, ki je ena najsodobnejših tovarn v svetu za proizvodnjo trdnih zdravilnih oblik. K nastanku diplomskega dela je prispevalo predvsem dejstvo, da poznamo proces dela in lažje opazimo prednosti in pomanjkljivosti le-tega, nato pa je bilo treba raziskati še načine, kako proces čiščenja tabletirne linije opraviti kakovostno, v čim krajšem času ter seveda v skladu z varstvom pri delu. V teoretičnem delu smo raziskali področja proizvodnega procesa, procesne organizacije, kaj je prenova procesa in predstavili metodologijo za raziskavo procesa čiščenja. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili pomen čiščenja v farmacevtski proizvodnji, vrste čiščenja v tabletarni in nato opisali proces čiščenja tabletirne linije v tabletarni. Na podlagi dejstev, ugotovitev smo poiskali predloge sprememb na področju same organizacije dela in planiranja. V diplomskem delu smo predlagali nekaj pripomočkov ter strojne opreme, ki bi bistveno skrajšale čas čiščenja tabletirne linije.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis describes the cleaning process in the plant that is among the most advanced factories for the production of solid dosage forms in the world. I know the work process and can thus identify its stronger and weaker points more easily, which proved to be very useful in writing the thesis. However, further research was necessary to determine the best and shortest way to clean the tabletting line in accordance with the principles of occupational safety and health. In the theoretical part of the thesis we explore the production process and its organisation, look into process reengineering and outline the methodology used for examining the cleaning process. Furthermore, we underline the significance of cleaning in pharmaceutical production and describe the types of cleaning performed in the tabletting facility and the process of cleaning the tabletting line in the facility. The facts and findings served as a basis for suggestions for change in the area of work organisation and planning. In addition, the thesis proposes a number of accessories and machinery that could be used to significantly reduce the cleaning time of the tabletting line.
