diplomsko delo

Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja v teoretičnem delu učitelja v sodobnem učnem procesu, in sicer učitelja geografije, njegovo vlogo in naloge, šolsko svetovalno službo, njeno vlogo in naloge in sodelovanje šolskih svetovalnih delavcev in učiteljev.

Secondary title: PARTICIPATION OF SCHOOL COUNSELORS AND TEACHERS OF GEOGRAPHY IN SCHOOL
Secondary abstract: The diploma paper presents in its theoretical part the teacher in the modern teaching process, geography teacher, its role and functions, school counselling service, its role and tasks and cooperation of educational counsellors and teachers. The empirical part is made on the basis of two questionnaires, which were sent to Maribor Primary and Secondary Schools, and they were prepared for educational counsellors and teachers of geography. The questionnaire is divided into four parts. The first is about general mutual cooperation between educational counsellors and geography teachers, the second speaks of mutual cooperation within the framework of activities in the implementation of geography lessons, the third is designed to assess working tasks of educational counsellors and geography teachers by level of importance, the fourth represents the obstacles that appear in cooperation and the field for better cooperation between educational counsellors and geography teachers. Analysis of the responses showed that educational counsellors and geography teachers frequently cooperate on educational and disciplinary problems of students, followed by cooperation in the preparation of individual programs for students with learning disabilities and students with special needs. Hardly ever they cooperate on the preparation of the school excursion or field work. The reason that they hardly ever cooperate on the implementation of lessons or by preparation of active forms of lessons or by preparation of excursion and field work is, that geography teachers feel enough competent for this part of the job.
