Abstract

V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge najprej podrobno opišemo proces ocenjevanja zaposlenih. Ugotovimo, kako se pripraviti na ocenjevanje, katere so metode ocenjevanja, opišemo ocenjevalne tehnike in naštejemo napake, ki se pojavljajo pri ocenjevanju zaposlenih. Nato opišemo še proces nagrajevanja. Najprej se osredotočimo na sestavne dele sistema nagrad, ugotovimo nekaj značilnosti nagrad, naštejemo vrste le-teh ter jih opišemo. V praktičnem delu se osredotočimo na praktični primer ocenjevanja in nagrajevanja zaposlenih v oddelku logistike v podjetju Vipap Videm Krško d. d. Ugotovimo, kakšne kriterije in merila uporabljajo točno za ta oddelek, jih analiziramo in predlagamo izboljšave.

Secondary abstract: In the practical part of diploma paper we give a detailed description of the employee assessment process. We discuss how to prepare for the assessment, what assessment methods are available, we describe assessment techniques and list errors which may occur in the process of employee assessment. This is followed by a description of remuneration process. We first give a description of the remuneration system elements, point out some characteristics of remuneration and give a list of remuneration types and a description of each of them. In the practical part we focus on a practical example of assessment and remuneration of the employees in the logistics department Vipap Videm Krško d. d.. We point out which criteria and norms are used specifically for this department, we analyse them and suggest some improvements.
