Povzetek
Podjetje Duropack d.o.o predstavlja poslovni subjekt s sedežem na Tržaški cesti v Logatcu in poslovnima enotama v Logatcu (bivše podjetje Valkarton) in v Brestanici (bivše podjetje Duropack–Tespack). Uprava, prodaja in finančni oddelek podjetja se nahajajo na lokaciji v Brestanici, poleg tega pa ima podjetje tudi dve proizvodni enoti, ki se nahajata v Brestanici in v Logatcu. Podjetje se ukvarja s proizvodnjo valovitega kartona. Proizvodni program podjetja zajema izdelavo dvo-, tri- in petslojnega valovitega kartona. Podjetje Duropack d.o.o. trenutno zaposluje približno 280 ljudi z različnimi stopnjami izobrazbe. Zaposleni za podjetje predstavljajo največji vir znanja. Podjetje se ves čas trudi za dvig nivoja znanja, veščin in kompetenc, saj je to osnova za rast podjetja. Ustvarja okolje, ki njihovim zaposlenim omogoča strokovni razvoj in spodbuja izmenjavo in nadgradnjo znanj. Za ocenjevanje zaposlenih se uporabljajo različni kriteriji, ki so odvisni od delovnega mesta in dela, ki ga opravlja posamezni zaposleni. Podjetje se poslužuje ocenjevanja zaposlenih glede na dejansko opravljeno delo. Ocenjevanje poteka številčno na podlagi ocenjevalnih lestvic. Zaposleni so glede na pozitivno oceno nadrejenega deležni mesečne stimulacije, ki jo dobijo v variabilnem delu plače.

Company Duropack d.o.o is a business entity with registered office in Tržaška cesta in Logatec and two business units, one in Logatec (the former company Valkatron) and another in Brestanica (the former company Duropack–Tespack). The company's administration, sales and financial departments are all located in Brestanica; the company also has two units of production which are located in Brestanica and Logatec. The company produces corrugated cardboard. The production programme encompasses production of 2-ply, 3-ply and 5-ply corrugated cardboard. The company Duropack d.o.o currently employs around 280 people with various levels of education. The employees represent the biggest source of knowledge for the company. The company constantly strives to raise the level of knowledge, skills and competences of the employees, as the latter three represent the basis for the growth of the company. The company also strives to establish an environment which would enable the employees to develop professionally, as well as to exchange and upgrade their knowledge. Various criteria are used for evaluation of the employees, which depend on the employees’ position of employment, as well as the work done by an individual employee. The company evaluates the employees on the basis of the actual work done. The evaluation is numerical and is done on the basis of evaluation scales. On the basis of a favourable evaluation of the supervisor, the employyes receive monthly performance allowance, paid in the variable part of the salary. |
