Abstract

Diplomska naloga z naslovom Izdelava didaktičnih igrač z od 2- do 4-letnimi otroki je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu sem predstavila splošna načela otrokovega razvoja ter razvojne značilnosti otrok v starostnem obdobju od 2 do 4 let. Opredelila sem pojem in vrsto iger ter igrač, prav tako sem predstavila njihovo vlogo v vrtcu. Opisala sem pomen igre za otrokov razvoj ter najpogostejše dejavnike, ki vplivajo na otrokovo igro. Na koncu teoretičnega dela sem predstavila definicije različnih avtorjev, ki opisujejo pojem didaktične igrače. V empiričnem delu sem predstavila deskriptivno metodo raziskave, ki vključuje dvanajst otrok, starih od 2 do 4 let. Z otroki smo z ustvarjalno-tehničnimi procesi ustvarili 7 didaktičnih igrač, s katerimi so si v igralnici ustvarili nov igralni kotiček, ter z njihovo pomočjo urili svoje socialne, gibalne, čustvene in komunikacijske spretnosti. S fotografijami sem prikazala potek izdelave igrač, končni izdelek in interakcijo otrok z izdelanimi igračami in igro. Vse dejavnosti, ki sem jih izvajala v vrtcu, sem dokumentirala, opisala in analizirala.

Secondary title: Making of didactic toys with two- to four-year-old children
Secondary abstract: Diploma thesis Making of didactic toys with 2- to 4-year-old children is composed of theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part I presented general principles of child development and developmental characteristics of 2- to 4-year-olds. I defined the notion and type of play and toys plus presented their role in kindergarten. I also touched upon the significance of play in child development and the most common factors that affect child's play. At the end of theoretical part I included definitions from various authors that describe the notion of didactic play. In the empirical part I presented the implemented descriptive research method which included twelve children aged between two and four. With the use of creative-technical processes we, together with the children, created seven didactic toys with which they designed a new play corner in the playroom; with the help of these toys they also practiced their social, locomotor, emotional and communication skills. I used the photos to illustrate the process of making toys, final product as well as child's interaction with the toys made and the play. I documented, described and analysed all the activities implemented in the kindergarten.
