Abstract

Naslov diplomske naloge je Absentizem in fluktuacija v podjetju Poravnava d.o.o. Namen naloge je analiza problematike absentizma in fluktuacije zaposlenih v tej organizaciji. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge sem s pomočjo strokovne literature predstavila dva tesno povezana pojma, absentizem in fluktuacijo. Na splošno sem opisala organizacijo in kadre in predstavila, kako motivirani kadri z zadovoljstvom pri delu zmanjšujejo tako absentizem kot fluktuacijo. V empiričnem delu sem najprej predstavila podjetje Poravnava d.o.o. kot organizacijo. Pridobila sem podatke za leto 2006 in 2007 ter naredila primerjavo med njima. Podatki nam prikazujejo stanje dveh zaporednih let in primerjavo med njima, ki kaže gibanje stopnje odsotnosti z dela in gibanje zaposlenih, ki se odraža v odhodih iz organizacije. Secondary abstract: The title of my diploma is Absenteeism and fluctuation in the company Poravnava d.o.o. Purpose of the diploma is, to analyse the problem related to absenteeism and fluctuation of the employees in this organization. In the theoretical part of the diploma, I presented two closely connected notions, that is absenteeism and fluctuation, based on expert literature. I defined organization and human resources and also how motivated personnel with job satisfaction influence on decrease of both absenteeism and fluctuation. In the empirical part of the diploma in presented the company Poravnava d.o.o. as an organization. I acquired the data for year 2006 and 2007 and did a comparison between them. The data shows us situation in two successive years and comparison between them. Based on this I consequently present the rate of absenteeism and the fluctuation of the employess, that is reflected in personnel leaving the organization.
