Abstract

Konflikti so neizogiben del našega vsakdanjika, tako v domačem okolju, kot tudi v delovnem okolju in ravno zato sem si izbral za temo diplomskega dela načine reševanja konfliktov v organizaciji. V vsaki organizaciji se pojavljajo različni konflikti oziroma nesoglasja, katere rešujejo na različne načine, ki so lahko uspešni ali pa neuspešni.
