Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili podjetje Vulkanizerstvo Šmit d.o.o., ki spada v Vulco verigo vulkanizerstev. Zanimalo nas je predvsem trženje gum v omenjenem podjetju, zadovoljstvo strank in njihovo znanje o lastnostih gum. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in raziskovalnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili teorijo o trženju in njegove temeljne pojme. V raziskovalnem delu pa smo raziskovali, kako dobro so stranke informirane o gumah, na podlagi česa se odločajo za nakup gum določene blagovne znamke in med drugim tudi, ali so stranke zadovoljne z vulkanizerskim servisom Vulkanizerstvo Šmit d.o.o.. Namen raziskave je bilo ugotoviti oziroma raziskati, kaj je strankam pomembno pri nakupu gum, kako dobro so informirane in kje te informacije pridobijo, katera blagovna znamka gum je v vulkanizerskem servisu Vulkanizerstvo Šmit d.o.o. najbolje prodajana. Z raziskavo smo podjetje še izboljšali, saj so nam pri tem pomagala mnenja strank, katere smo bolje spoznali skozi anketo, ki so jo stranke izpolnile. Na podlagi ankete pa je bilo ugotovljeno, da največ strank pridobi informacije o gumah v servisu in da je najbolje prodajana blagovna znamka gume Fulda in Michelin.

Secondary abstract: In diploma work we had introduced company Vulkanizerstvo Šmit Ltd., that fits in Vulco chain vulkanizerstev. .We were interested mainly the marketing of tires in that company, customer satisfaction and their knowledge about the properties of tires. The diploma work consists of theoretical and research work. In the theoretical part, we presented a theory of marketing and its basic concepts. In research work, we investigated how well the parties are informed of the tire, on what basis they decide to buy certain brands of tires and including whether clients are satisfied with the serv vulcanization service Vulkanizerstvo Šmit d.o.o. Purpose of this research was to identify and explore what is important to customers when buying tires, how well informed and where to obtain this information, what brand of tires is in Vulkanizerstvo Šmit best-selling. With this research we have improved company as we were with the help of the opinions of our customers that we get to know through a survey by the parties to meet. Based on the survey, it was found that most customers obtain information about the tires in service and the best-selling brand are Michelin and Fulda.
