Abstract

Dobra organizacija proizvodnje je v današnjem času ključ do uspešnosti proizvodnje in posledično ključ do uspešnosti podjetja. V ta namen so se skozi zgodovino razvili različni napredni koncepti organizacije proizvodnje. Večinoma vsa sodobna podjetja imajo proizvodnjo organizirano po izbranem naprednem konceptu. S pravilno uvedbo koncepta v proizvodnjo, ki mora zajemati vse predpisane korake uvajanja, si podjetje lahko obeta dobre rezultate. Odločitev, kateri napredni koncept je najboljši, je praktično nemogoča, saj vsak v ospredje postavlja svoja področja v podjetju. Podjetje se mora odločiti za tak koncept, ki se najbolj sklada z njegovo dejavnostjo. Namen diplomskega dela je bil podrobno razdelati nekatere napredne koncepte organizacije proizvodnje in narediti primerjavo med njimi. Primerjava obsega predvsem glavne namembnosti vsakega od konceptov glavne prednosti in slabosti. Obravnavani so naslednji napredni koncepti organizacije proizvodnje: Kaizen, vitka proizvodnja, celostno produktivno vzdrževanje, ''ravno pravočasno'', prenova poslovnih procesov in celovito zagotavljanje kakovosti.

Secondary abstract: A good organised production is nowadays the key to successful production and consequently to the businesses’ performance. For these means various progressive concepts of the production organisation developed throughout the history. The most modern companies have a well organised production under the chosen progressive concept. With the use of the right concept in the production, which has to contain all mandatory steps of induction, the company anticipates good results. The decision, which concept is the best, is virtually impossible, as each concept brings to the fore its own business field. The business has to choose for its activity adequate concept. The major purpose of this paper was to develop detailed progressive concepts of production organisation and compare them. The comparison predominately comprises the major purpose of each concept, as well as the main advantages and disadvantages. The following progressive concepts of production organisation are discussed: Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance, Just in Time, Business Process Reengineering and Total Quality Management.
