Abstract

Nagrajevanje zaposlenih je eden izmed najpogostejših in najučinkovitejših elementov za doseganje boljših rezultatov v podjetju. Pomen tega dejavnika ni majhen, saj pripomore k učinkovitemu razvoju podjetja in hitrejšemu doseganju zastavljenih ciljev. Zaposleni tako bolj odgovorno delujejo na svojem delovnem mestu, prizadevajo si svoje delo opraviti kakovostno in učinkovito. Za doseganje dobrega sistema nagrajevanja je treba vzpostaviti takšno organizacijsko strukturo, ki nam bo omogočila uresničiti želene potrebe. V kolikor želimo doseči tako učinkovit sistem, je nujno, da organizacija razume pomen nagrajevanja in njen vpliv na delovno aktivnost zaposlenih. V diplomski nalogi smo želeli predstaviti, kako majhno proizvodno podjetje nagrajuje svoje zaposlene. V prvem delu smo predstavili temo o plačah in vrednotenju dela, sledilo pa je poglavje o nagrajevanju zaposlenih in ugodnostih pri delu. V drugem delu naloge smo proučevano podjetje predstavili s praktičnega vidika in tako zaključili z analizo pridobljenih rezultatov ankete o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih z nagrajevanjem. Z analizo pridobljenih rezultatov smo želeli pokazati, ali je obstoječi sistem nagrajevanja v podjetju X učinkovit, ter obenem poizkušati ugotoviti, kaj zaposleni mislijo, čutijo in navsezadnje pričakujejo. Na osnovi dobljenih rezultatov smo lahko ponudili lastno oceno ter podali predloge, ki bi lahko pripomogli k izboljšanju organizacije kot celote.

Secondary abstract: Rewarding employees is one of the most common and effective elements to achieve better results in the company. The importance of this factor is not small; it contributes to the efficient and rapid development of the company to achieve these purposes. Employees also operate more responsibly in the workplace; efforts are its quality and efficient work done. To achieve a good rewarding system is necessary to establish such an organizational structure that will let us meet the desired needs. Of course, if we want to achieve an efficient system, is important that the organization understands the importance of rewarding and its impact on the labour activity of employees. In the diploma we want to present how a small manufacturing company rewards its employees. In the first part the emphasis placed on theory, where we presented the topic of earnings and work valuation, followed by a chapter on employee remuneration and benefits at work. In the second part we presented the company in a practical manner and thereby complete the analysis with obtained questionnaire results. By analyzing the obtained results we wanted to show if the existing rewarding system in the company X is effective, and at the same time trying to figure out what employees think, feel and ultimately expect. Based on the results, we could offer our own assessment and then make suggestions that could help improve the organization as a whole.
