Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava ocenjevanje delovne uspešnosti s prenovo sistema ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti v konkretnem primeru. V prvem delu je podana teoretična opredelitev ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti, motiviranja in nagrajevanja delavcev ter informacijskih sistemov. V drugem delu je predstavljeno konkretno podjetje s podrobnim opisom pomanjkljivosti obstoječega sistema ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti. S pomočjo raziskave smo v tretjem delu podrobneje preučili nekatere probleme, zaradi odsotnosti sistema ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti. V sklopu raziskave smo testirali tudi štiri hipoteze. V zadnjem delu je predstavljen predlog prenove sistema ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti v konkretnem podjetju.

Secondary abstract: This masters dissertation elaborates on the performance appraisal of labor productivity, based on a concrete example of an overhaul of the performance appraisal system. The first part lays down the theoretical basis of performance appraisal, employee motivation, reward system and benefits and information support system for performance appraisal. The second part presents a concrete firm with a detailed description of the shortcomings of its existing performance appraisal system. In the third part we have researched more in-depth some problems due to the lack of an performance appraisal system in the company. Our research also encompassed the testing of four hypotheses. In the last part a suggestion for an overhaul of the performance appraisal system in the company is presented.
