Sekundarni povzetek: | This masters dissertation elaborates on the performance appraisal of labor productivity, based on a concrete example of an overhaul of the performance appraisal system. The first part lays down the theoretical basis of performance appraisal, employee motivation, reward system and benefits and information support system for performance appraisal. The second part presents a concrete firm with a detailed description of the shortcomings of its existing performance appraisal system. In the third part we have researched more in-depth some problems due to the lack of an performance appraisal system in the company. Our research also encompassed the testing of four hypotheses. In the last part a suggestion for an overhaul of the performance appraisal system in the company is presented. |
