diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali področje izvajanja rednih letnih razgovorov na Občini Tržič. Namen rednih letnih razgovorov je motivirati zaposlenega k še boljšim delovnim dosežkom.
V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili redne letne razgovore ter predstavili in opisali posamezne aktivnosti, naloge in postopke, ki so potrebni za izvedbo in potek rednih letnih razgovorov. V drugem delu smo predstavili Občino Tržič in opredelili njeno organizacijsko strukturo ter predstavili potek rednih letnih razgovorov na Občini Tržič. V raziskovalnem delu diplomskega dela smo izvedli anketo, ki so jo izpolnili zaposleni na Občini Tržič. Z anketnim vprašalnikom smo skušali ugotoviti, kako zaposleni ocenjujejo izvedbo rednih letnih razgovorov na Občini Tržič, kako redni letni razgovori vplivajo na medsebojne odnose zaposlenih in ali redni letni razgovori zagotavljajo zaposlenim uresničevanje osebnih ciljev. Na osnovi analize rezultatov, ki rezultate smo jih pridobili z anketnim vprašalnikom in na osnovi teoretičnih spoznanj smo podali glavne ugotovitve in predloge izboljšav.

The diploma thesis studies the field of implementation of annual appraisal interviews at the Municipality of Tržič. The purpose of annual appraisal interviews is to motivate employees to better job performance.
The theoretical part of the thesis defines annual appraisal interviews, presents and describes individual activities, tasks and procedures needed for the implementation of annual appraisal interviews. The second part presents the Municipality of Tržič and defines its organizational structure, and presents the process of annual appraisal interviews at the Municipality of Tržič. In the research part of the diploma thesis we conducted a survey among the employees of the Municipality. The aim of the questionnaire was to determine how the employees evaluate the execution of the annual appraisal interviews at the Municipality of Tržič, how these interviews affect interpersonal relations of employees, and whether they provide employees with an opportunity to achieve their personal goals. The thesis ends with the main findings and recommendations for improvement, which were made on the basis of the results of the questionnaire and theoretical groundwork. |
