Abstract

Osrednja tema diplomskega dela je razvoj vpenjalne naprave za varjenje Higienskih strojev v podjetju NIEROS Metal Tovarna opreme d.o.o.. Tema je bila dodeljena s strani podjetja, saj se je zaradi nakupa robotske varilne celice v podjetju pojavila potreba po vpenjalnih napravah, ki bi omogočile enostavno in natančno vpenjanje njihovih obdelovancev na pozicijo robota. Diplomsko delo zajema predstavitev robotske varilne celice, osnove TIG-varjenja, teorijo na področju razvoja vpenjalnih naprav, opis higienskega stroja in opis zvarov ter opis razvoja vpenjalne naprave s pripadajočo tehnično dokumentacijo. Vpenjalna naprava je razvita s pomočjo programa za modeliranje Pro ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0. Rezultat diplomskega dela je konstrukcijsko obdelana vpenjalna naprava, ki je razvita tako, da se lahko vsi elementi vpenjalne naprave, ki niso standardni, izdelajo v podjetju NIEROS, in sicer iz materialov, ki jih uporabljajo za izdelavo svojih izdelkov.

Secondary title: Development of a welding-clamping device for robitic welding higiene stations
Secondary abstract: The main topic of the thesis is the development of clamping device for welding Hygiene stations in the company NIEROS Metal Tovarna opreme d.o.o. company. The topic has been granted by the company as a result of the purchase of robotic welding cells in the enterprise need for clamping devices that enable easy and accurate clamping of workpieces on their robot positioner. The thesis includes a presentation of robotic welding cell, TIG welding basics, theory development in the field of clamping devices, description of Hygiene station and a description of the development of weld fixtures with related technical documentation. Clamping device has been developed using the modeling program Pro ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0. The outcome of this thesis is a designed device with tehnical documentation, which enables that all non-standard elements of the fixtures in NIEROS company can be produced from the materials they use when manufacturing their products.
