Abstract

Direktiva 2008/96/EC določa uporabo postopkov in metodologij za določanje varnosti in izvajanju pregledov cestnega omrežja. Da bi predlagana določila Evropske politike v realnih primerih uporabili, ta magistrska naloga na osnovi vsebinskega sklopa na realnem primeru opisuje osnovo za presojevalce, kako to narediti na osnovi kontrolnih listin. Kontrolna lista je dokument ki zajema tehnične, prostorske in varnostne parametre cestne infrastrukture, ki je rezultat 4 ali 6 stopenjskega procesa RSI.

Secondary abstract: Directive 2008/96/EC sets out the application procedures and methodologies for determining the safety and the examinations of the road network. To ensure the European policy in real cases, this master's thesis use procedure based on a substantive set of real case, that describes the parameters for determining the safety of roads on the basis for auditors work process with using control lists. Checklist is a document covering technical, safety and spatial characteristics of road infrastructure, which is the result of 4 or 6-step process of RSI.
