Abstract

V magistrskem delu je obravnavan inovativen metodološki pristop za oceno varnosti na NPr zavarovanih s prometnim znakom »Andrejev križ«. S stališča prometne varnosti le – ti predstavljajo kritično točko med železniškim in cestnim prometnim tokom. Prav tako moramo omeniti, da NPr z AK v veliki večini nimajo ustreznega preglednostnega prostora (moteča vegetacija na lokaciji NPr) in urejene prometne signalizacije. Zaradi njihovega velikega števila prihaja do izrednih dogodkov, ki po večini terjajo visok davek – s smrtnim izidom ali hudimi telesnimi poškodbami. S predhodno našteto problematiko na NPr z AK, se število le – teh vsako leto zmanjšuje, vendar zaradi visokih finančnih vlaganj zgolj nekaj na leto. Da bi lahko ocenili kritične NPr, je v magistrskem delu obravnavan metodološki pristop, ki lahko z podrobno analizo in dejanskim stanjem na terenu, potrdi ali ovrže ali določen NPr s stališča varnosti predstavlja nevarnost za udeležence v cestnem prometu.

Secondary abstract:	In this thesis discusses the innovative methodological approach to assess the safety, for example, secured by a traffic sign »St. Andrew's cross«. In terms of traffic safety only - they represent a critical point between rail and road traffic flow. We should also mention that the level crossing with AK in the majority does not have adequate space of transparency (disturbing vegetation at the site of the level crossing) and decorated traffic signal. Because of their large number of incidents occur largely require a heavy toll - resulting in death or serious injury. With the previously listed issues at level crossings with AK, the number only - these decrease each year, but because of the high financial investment of just a few per year. In order to evaluate the critical crossings, the thesis discussed the methodological approach that can and detailed analysis of the actual situation on the ground, confirm or rule out or determine, for example in terms of security constitutes a danger to road users.
