Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja rekonstrukcijo obstoječega ohišja, ki bo izvedena s postopkom brizganja plastičnih mas. Prvotno ohišje je sestavljeno iz štirih delov, po rekonstrukciji pa bo le dvodelno in mora zadostiti funkcionalnim zahtevam izdelka ter omogočiti izdelavo enostavnega orodja z enojno delilno ravnino. S tem delom bomo skušali doseči nižjo ceno izdelka, ki je povezana s ceno orodja. Bolj kot je izdelek kompleksen, višja je cena orodja, zato je potrebno izdelek poenostaviti tako, da ga bo moč izdelati z dvodelnim orodjem.

Secondary abstract: The thesis represents the reconstruction of existing housing, that will be made by injection moulding of plastics. Originally body is composed of four parts, after reconstruction it will consist of only two parts and must meet the functional requirements of the product and enable the production of simple tools with a single split plane. With this job we will try to achieve a lower price for the product, which is linked to the price of the tool. The more complex product is, the higher is its price. It is therefore necessary to simplify the product in a way, so that it will be possible to create it with two-part tool.
