Abstract

V predloženem delu je predstavljen postopek dimenzioniranja nosilca letališkega avtobusa. Za preračun dobe trajanja nosilca pri danih obratovalnih pogojih je uporabljena napetostna metoda dimenzioniranja dinamično obremenjenih strojnih delov. Zunanje obremenitve so določene izkustveno in nato vključene v obremenitveni spekter, ki je vrednoten po Palgrem-Minerjevi metodi. Napetosti v kritičnih prerezih nosilca so določene numerično s programskim paketom Abaqus. Na osnovi tako določenih napetosti in materialnih parametrov materiala nosilca S355, ki so povzete iz strokovne literature, je določena okvirna doba trajanja nosilca. Rezultati računskega postopka kažejo, da je življenjska doba nosilca pri danih pogojih vožnje precej večja od zahtevane. Zato za nadaljnje delo predlagam optimizacijo nosilca v smislu zmanjšanje njegove teže in posledično doseganje dobe trajanja v okviru zahtevanih vrednosti.

Secondary abstract: The dimensioning process of an airport shuttle engine holder is presented in this work. To determine the service life of holder under given working conditions the stress method of dimensioning dynamically loaded machine parts is used. The external loading are determined experiential and then included to the loading spectrum, which is analysed using Palmgren-Miner method. The stresses in critical cross sections of treated holder are determined numerically using program code Abaqus. Considering the determined stress field and material parameters of holder material S355 taken from professional literature, the approximate service life is determined. The calculation results show that the holder service life is under given driving conditions significantly greater as required. Therefore, the holder optimisation in means of its weight reduction is recommended for further research work.
