Abstract
Glede na smernice veljavnega in sprejetega operativnega programa čiščenja komunalne odpadne vode, ki velja za obdobje od leta 2005 do 2017, bodo morali investitorji novogradenj v prihodnje obvezno razmišljati o ustreznem odvajanju odpadnih voda v okolje. Kajti na območjih, kjer ni predvidena oz. ni mogoča priključitev na javno kanalizacijsko omrežje, bo to treba reševati z malimi biološkimi čistilnimi napravami. Teh je na trgu vedno več, tako da je izbira široka. V prvem delu naloge bomo z metodo ocenjevanja ekonomičnosti gradbenih proizvodov izvedli vrednostno analizo in tako izbrali najprimernejšo napravo, glede na izbrane lastnosti in ceno. V drugem delu so predstavljene osnovne značilnosti in orodja marketinškega komuniciranja.

Evalution of the economy of small biological wastewater treatment plants with value analysis |
Secondary abstract: |
According to the current guidelines and the accepted operational program of waste water treatment, which applies to the period from 2005 to 2017, investors that are investing in new buildings in the future necessarily need to think about proper discharge of waste water into the environment. Namely, in areas where the connection to the public sewerage system is not foreseen or not possible, the problem will need to be solved with small biological treatment plants. The choice is very wide, since the number of small biological treatment plants is increasing. In the first part of the thesis we will carry out a value analysis by an estimation method and so, based on the selected features and its price, choose the most appropriate device. In the second part of the thesis the basic characteristics of marketing communication and the tools of them are presented. |
