Abstract

Sledi eksperimentalna izvedba validacije ter statistično pridobljenih rezultatov. Določili smo potrditev identitete in selektivnost oziroma specifičnost, delovno in linearno območje, mejo zaznavnosti, mejo določljivosti, LOQ v matrici, zgornjo mejo določanja v matrici, vpliv redčenja vzorcev, točnost, natančnost in vpliv matrice.

Secondary title: DETERMINATION OF ADSORBABLE ORGANICALLY BOUND HALOGENS IN WASTE WATERS
Secondary abstract: The purpose of the this thesis was the validation of the analytical method for the determination of adsorbable organically bound halogens (AOX) in waste waters. Validation process comprises determination of validation parameters and the validation plan. After the validation plan an experimental part of the validation with the statistically of results was performed. We have also confirmed the identity and determined selectivity and specificity, working and linear range, limit of detection LOD, limit of quantitation, LOQ in the matrix, the upper limit of the matrix, the impact of dilution samples, accuracy, precision and matrix effect. We also analysed real samples, a pool water, a hospital waste water and a waste water from effluent treatment plants. On the basis of results obtained according to the prescribed parameters, it was confirmed that this analytical method complies with the conditions prescribed and ensures the accuracy and reliability of the results.
