Povzetek

V magistrskem delu, smo obravnavali problematiko obremenjenosti realnih odpadnih tekstilnih vod z adsorbljivimi organskimi halogeni (AOX). V prvi fazi raziskav smo na podlagi seznama pomožnih sredstev in barvil, katera se uporabljajo v procesu barvanja, poiskali pripadajoče kemijske strukture spojin in zbrali podatke o recepturah, katere se bile uporabljene takrat, kadar so bile vrednosti AOX presežene. Glede na podane recepture, smo poiskali pripadajoče kemijske strukture uporabljenih spojin in njihove lastnosti. Pred tem, smo test preverili s standardno raztopino 4-klorobenzaldehida.

Sekundarni naslov: Problems of adsorbable organic halogens in textile wastewater
Sekundarni povzetek: Master thesis presents the problem of the load of real textile wastewater with adsorbable organic halogens (AOX). In the first phase of the research, on the basis of the list of auxiliaries and dyes used in the coloring process, we found the corresponding chemical structures of the compounds and collected data on the recipes that were used when the AOX values were exceeded. Based on the given recipes we searched for the corresponding chemical structures of the compounds used and their properties. We focused on those compounds that have halogen-based elements in their structure, especially chlorine and bromine, which in the washing water form halogenated organic compounds and largely contribute to the formation of AOX. In the experimental part of the master's thesis we obtained 20 samples of waste water from the company and photometrically determined the value of adsorbable organic halogens in textile wastewater, i.e. after the dyeing process. Prior to this the test was checked with a standard solution of 4-chlorobenzaldehyde. Thus, we have drawn up a list of colorants and auxiliary agents that we believe are contributing to the increased AOX values and it would be sensible to replace them with ecologically more suitable substituents. In the framework of the analysis fast test for the determination of chloride ions was also carried out.
