Življenjsko ogrožajoči zapleti pri operacijskih posegih v splošni anesteziji

Abstract

Velik odstotek ljudi se v svojem življenju sooči z operativnim posegom, pa naj si bo to zahtevna ali pa manj zahtevna operacija. Vsaka operacija je za posameznika pomembna. Ko govorimo o varnosti pri operativnih posegih imamo vsi pri tem določen strah oz. pomisleke o varnosti samega posega. Varnost bolnika je vedno na prvem mestu zlasti v tistih primerih, kjer pogoji niso ugodni, pritisk in pa želje bolnikov pa velike. Priprava bolnika na operativni je zahteven postopek pri katerem sodeluje vrsta zdravstvenih strokovnjakov. Pri vsem tem ima medicinska sestra pomembno in odgovorno vlogo saj so mnogokrat ogrožena življenja bolnikov. Namen diplomske naloge je opisati operacijski poseg in življenjsko ogrožajoče zaplete, ki lahko pri teh posegih nastanejo. Pomemben namen je tudi predstaviti pogostost življenjsko ogrožajočih zapletov med operacijskimi posegi v Splošni bolnišnici Celje v letih 2010, 2011 ter letu 2012. S pomočjo informacijskega programa Birpis pa smo podatke primerjali in prišli do presenetljivih rezultatov.

Secondary abstract:	A large percentage of population have faced demanding or less demanding surgery during lifetime. Each operation is important to the individual. When we talk about safety in surgery we all have certain fears or. concerns about the safety of procedure itself. Patient's safety is always the most important thing, expecially in those cases where conditions are not favorable and the pressure and desires of patients are big. Preparation for surgery is a complex process involving a series of health professionals. In this process nurse has an important and responsible role becouse of responsabitity for patinet's life. The purpose of this work is to describe a surgery and life-threatening complications that can appear during surgery. It is also an important purpose to present the frequency of life-threatening complications during surgery at the General Hospital Celje between year 2010 and 2012. We compared the data with program Birpis 21 and come up with some surprising results.
