Abstract
Ljudje, ki delujejo v podjetju, so ključni dejavnik njegovega razvoja in poslovanja. V delovni prostor vstopajo s specifičnimi navadami in prepričanji, kar mora podjetje upoštevati in vključiti v vrednote, kulturo in etiko podjetja. Cilj vodilnih v podjetju je zadovoljevati interese vseh udeležencev podjetja in vzpostaviti timski duh ter dobro klimo, saj se zavedajo, da pozitivna naravnanost vseh udeležencev blagodejno vpliva na podjetje.
Namen diplomskega seminarja je bil predstaviti podjetje Kat, d. o. o., ki proizvaja elektronske komponente. V pomoč pri raziskavi podjetja smo najprej preučili teoretična izhodišča, ki so obsegala preučevanje vrednot, kulture, etike in interesov udeležencev podjetja, nato pa raziskali vlogo teh spremenljivk pri politiki podjetja. Prikazati smo želeli medsebojni vpliv vrednot, kulture, etike in interesov udeležencev podjetja ter način učinkovanja na politiko podjetja.
V praktičnem delu smo nato na osnovi pridobljenega teoretičnega znanja preučili podjetje Kat, d. o. o., ki smo ga najprej predstavili, nato pa raziskali njegove vrednote, kulturo, etiko in interese vseh udeležencev. Velik poudarek je bil na lastniku, saj je podjetje majhno ter odvisno predvsem od njega. Sledijo ugotovitve, kako vse spremenljivke vplivajo na politiko podjetja Kat, d. o. o.
Diplomski seminar zaključujemo s pridobljenimi ugotovitvami o raziskani temi ter predlogi za izboljšanje.

People who operate within a company are the key factor in its development and operation. They enter the work space with specific habits and beliefs; a company must take that into account and incorporate these habits and beliefs into the values, culture and the ethics of a company. The goal of company executives is to fulfil the interests of all the participants in a company and to establish a team spirit and good environment because they are aware that positive attitude towards all the participants is beneficial to the company.
The purpose of this diploma seminar paper was to introduce the Kat, d. o. o., company which manufactures electronic components. With the help of theoretical findings, we have studied the company, including its values, culture, ethics, interests of the participants, and the influence of the said variables on the company politics. We also present the interaction between values, culture, ethics and interests of the participants.
We apply the obtained theoretical knowledge to the empirical part and thus present the study of the Kat, d. o. o., company which includes the presentation of the company and study of values, culture, ethics and interests of the participants. Because the company is small and thus mostly depends on the owner, we especially outpoint the owner’s role. The findings of how all this affects the politics of the Kat, d. o. o., company are presented.
We conclude this diploma seminar paper with the findings of our study and suggestions for further improvement. |
