Povzetek
Kultura, etika in verodostojnost so dejavniki, ki so za podjetja vse pomembnejši. Vedno več podjetji se zaveda, da brez primerne kulture, etike in verodostojnosti, ne morejo uspešno poslovati in dosegati zastavljenih ciljev, zato je potreba po uveljavljanju teh dejavnikov v podjetjih vse večja. V magistrskem delu smo raziskali dejavnike uveljavljanja verodostojnosti v podjetju ter njihov vpliv na uspešnost podjetja.
Podjetje, ki smo si ga izbrali za namen magistrske naloge, je podjetje Arhides, d. o. o. Gre za majhno podjetje, ki se ukvarja s postavitvijo računalniških omrežji ter servisiranjem in svetovanjem na področju računalniške opreme. V magistrski nalogi smo raziskali dejavnike uveljavljanja verodostojnosti in njihov vpliv na uspešnost podjetja Arhides, d. o. o. Dejavniki, ki smo jih preučili, so temeljne vrednote podjetja, tip kulture in tip klime podjetja, moč kulture ter neformalni in formalni dejavniki uveljavljanja verodostojnosti. Vpliv dejavnikov na uspešnost podjetja smo analizirali na osnovi izbranih ekonomskih in neekonomskih kazalnikov uspešnosti.
Raziskavo dejavnikov uveljavljanja verodostojnosti v podjetju smo izvedli v treh sklopih. V prvem sklopu smo zbrali osnovne podatke o podjetju, raziskali prisotnost temeljnih vrednot podjetja z etično vsebino ter tip in moč kulture podjetja. V drugem sklopu smo ocenjevali etično klimo podjetja. V tretjem sklopu smo raziskali prisotnost neformalnih in formalnih ukrepov uresničevanja etike podjetja. Raziskavo smo, v vsakem izmed sklopov, izvedli v dveh različnih obdobjih – januarja 2016 in januarja 2018. V vsakem sklopu smo opisali izvedbo raziskave, predstavili rezultate ter podali predlog ukrepov za izboljšanje podjetja. Na koncu smo omenjene dejavnike med seboj primerjali ter ovrednotili njihov vpliv na uspešnost podjetja na osnovi izbranih ekonomskih in neekonomskih kazalnikov.
Cilj magistrske naloge je bil proučiti vso potrebno literaturo, podati opis izbranega podjetja, proučiti dejavnike uveljavljanja verodostojnosti v podjetju, v letih 2016 in 2018, raziskati izbrane ekonomske in neekonomske kazalnike uspešnosti ter analizirati vpliv dejavnikov uveljavljanja verodostojnosti na uspešnost podjetja.
Ugotovili smo, da se v podjetju Arhides, d. o. o,. dejavniki uveljavljana verodostojnosti v dveh letih niso bistveno spremenili. Prišli smo do ugotovitve, da je bil odnos do temeljnih vrednot v podjetju januarja 2018 skoraj enak kot januarja 2016. Prav tako se med seboj ne razlikujejo tip kulture podjetja, moč kulture podjeta in prisotnost etične klime v podjetju. Tudi ugotovitve o prisotnosti neformanih ukrepov uveljavljanja etike podjetja so za obe raziskovalni obdobji med seboj zelo skladne. Več neskladnosti smo odkrili pri raziskovanju prisotnosti formalnih ukrepov uresničevanja etike podjetja. Ugotovili smo, da omenjeni dejavniki uveljavljanja verodostojnosti pozitivno vplivajo na uspešnost poslovanja podjetja.

A company's culture, ethics and credibility are factors that are becoming increasingly important for companies. More and more companies are aware that without proper culture, ethics and credibility, they cannot be successful and cannot achieve their goals in the future. Consequently, the need to enforce those factors is increasing among companies. Culture, ethics and credibility represent a company's success factors. They have an important impact on a company and its performance. In this master thesis the enforcement credibility factors in a company and their impact on a company's performance are studied.
The company chosen for the purpose of this master thesis is Arhides, d. o. o. This is a small company, its main activity comprises installation of computer network, and servicing and consulting in the field of computer equipment. In this master thesis, a company's credibility factors and their impact on the company's performance are researched. Factors studied in more detail are fundamental values, type of the company culture, type of the company climate and formal and informal factors of the company's credibility. The influence of those factors on the company's performance was analyzed on the basic of selected economic and non-economic performance indicators.
Those factors were examined in three parts. Firstly, basic information about the company was collected, and the company's fundamental values, and the type and strength of company's culture were researched. Secondly, ethical climate of the company was researched. Finally, the presence of formal and informal credibility were researched. Our research was carried out in two periods – January 2016 and January 2018. Also we have compared all factors and evaluated their impact on the company's performance.
The objectives of our master thesis were to study literature, to give a description of the selected company, to study company's credibility factors and the difference between them January 2016 and January 2018, and to study their impact on the performance of the company.
The conclusion of our master thesis is that credibility enforcement factors in the company in January 2016 did not differ significantly from these factors in January 2018. The company's fundamental values were almost the same in January 2016 and January 2018. Also the type and strength of the company's culture and the company's ethical climate in January 2016 do not differ from January 2018. The findings about the presence of informal credibility factors are very similar for both research periods. We found out a few more differences about the presence of formal credibility factors. Of course we found out some minor differences between January 2016 and January 2018 about every factor that we have mentioned. We will describe them in detail in our master thesis. We will also describe the impact of the credibility enforcement factors on the company's performance. Last but not least, we found that the credibility validation factors positively influence the performance of the company. |
