Abstract

Organizacijska klima v podjetju je eden izmed najbolj ključnih dejavnikov v organizaciji. To klimo občutimo takoj, ko vstopimo v prostor, saj vzdušje ob prvem stiku pove zelo veliko podatkov o organizaciji. Najpomembnejši člen vsakega podjetja ali organizacije so zaposleni, saj še tako dobra tehnologija ni dovolj, če nimamo dovolj izobraženega, usposobljenega in motiviranega kadra. Z organizacijsko klimo želimo predstaviti, kako zaposleni organizacijo razumejo kot celoto, kako se zaposleni med seboj razumejo, v kakšnem delovnem okolju delajo itd.

Secondary abstract: The organizational climate in the company is one of the key factors in an organization. You can feel this climate as soon as you enter the room, as the atmosphere at the first contact gives a lot of information about the organization. The most important part of any company or organization are the employees, since the best technology is not enough if we do not have well educated, trained and motivated staff. With the organizational climate we would like to explain how the employees understand the organization as a whole, how they understand each other in what kind of working environment they work etc.
