Abstract

Predpostavke proizvodnega procesa so obljubljale kontinuirano obratovanje, ki bo zagotavljalo nadpovprečno produktivnost in konsistentno kakovost ob potrebno znatno manjši delovni sili.

Secondary title: SUGGESTION FOR AUTOMATIC ADHESIVE-ASSEMBLY LINE PRODUCTIVITY INCREASE IN COMPANY HSS
Secondary abstract: In 2011 the company Hella Saturnus Slovenia upgraded its technological approach to the production of fog headlamps with the acquisition of automatic adhesive-assembly production process. The assumptions of the production process were promising continuous operation, which will provide superior productivity and consistent quality at the required significantly less labour. But the production process has not reached the promised results that we have been trying to reach since we took over the automatic adhesive-assembly line. In the thesis are presented conditions, which in our opinion are important reasons for the reduced productivity and the presence of which undermine the credibility of the concept of an automatic adhesive-assembly line. The existing conditions are displayed with procedural diagrams EPC, which in general illustrate the production process operation and individual causes of reduced productivity. The thesis offers suggestions, whose implementation in the production process would in our opinion, help to increase the productivity. Some of the suggestions are new; others are optimized, but all constructively defined. The suggestions are supported by documentation that facilitates their introduction, but they require consistency in their implementation and pursuance.
