Abstract
Konkurenca med podjetji zagotavlja zaželene rezultate. Razlog za to je preprost: ko podjetja konkurirajo med seboj, nastajajo novi izdelki in novi postopki proizvodnje, ki sodijo med vire za ustvarjanje blaginje. Vendar pa je dejstvo, da so podjetja, ki si med seboj konkurirajo pod stalnim pritiskom, da morajo ponuditi bogatejšo ponudbo blaga po najboljših cenah, sicer bodo potrošniki kupovali drugje.
Diplomski seminar je sestavljen iz dveh delov. V teoretičnem delu smo podrobneje predstavili dejavnost in konkurenco, v praktičnem delu pa smo analizirali konkurenčnost mobilnih operaterjev v Sloveniji. Analizirali smo sedanje stanje posameznega podjetja (Mobitel, d.d., Simobil, d.d., Tusmobil, d.o.o. in Debitel d.d.), njihova delovanja, tržni delež in položaj na trgu.
Iz vsega zapisanega smo ugotovili, da je v Sloveniji še vedno najmočnejši ponudnik mobilnih storitev in izdelkov Mobitel d.d., ki se je 1.7.2011 pripojil k družbi Telekom Slovenije d.d. Njegov največji konkurent je Si.mobil d.d., ki s svojimi izdelki in storitvami drastično povečuje število naročnikov. Nato mu sledi Tusmobil d.o.o., ki je s svojim poslovanjem prišel na tretjo mesto in seveda Debitel d.d., ki kot četrti konkurent nima močne rasti, vendar je njegovo poslovanje še vedno uspešno.

Competitive analysis of mobile operators in Slovenia |

Competition is providing desired results between companies. A reason for this is simple: when companies compete with each other, they develop new products and new manufacturing processes, which are among the sources of wealth creation. However, the fact is that the companies that are competing with each other are under constant pressure to provide a richer supply of goods at the best prices, otherwise consumers will buy from someone else.
Graduate seminar consists of two parts. In theoretical part we present in detail the activity and competition. In pracitcal work, we analyze the competitivness of the mobile operators in Slovenia. We analyze the current situation of each company (Mobitel d.d., Simobil d.d., Tusmobil d.o.o. and Debitel d.d.), their performance, market share and market position.
From everything written down, we found that the strongest provider of mobile services and products in Slovenia is still Mobitel d.d., which was merged with company Telekom Slovenia d.d. on 1st of July 2011. Its biggest competitor is Si.mobil d.d., whose products and services are drastically increasing the number of subscribers. Then on the third place is Tusmobil d.o.o., and of course Debitel d.d. as the fourth competitor who does not have such strong growth, but its business is still very successful. |
