Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je skonstruirati ekonomsko optimalno rešitev pomožne mize za pozicioniranje merilnih mest na merjenem vzorcu z maksimalno uporabo standardnih in na trgu obstoječih komponent v skladu z danimi zahtevami, omejitvami in predpostavkami o izdelku. Postopek merjenja zaostalih napetosti na manjših vzorcih v laboratoriju zahteva konstrukcijo pomožne mize, ki bo omogočala hitrejše in natančnejše merjenje v primerjavi z že obstoječimi napravami za manipulacijo rentgena. S temi že obstoječimi napravami se izvajajo meritve zaostalih napetosti na večjih komadih v proizvodnji. Pri konstruiranju naprave so bile upoštevane vse zahteve in omejitve naprave, kot tudi vse omejitve, ki jih imajo uporabljeni standardni deli dosegljivi na trgu. Konstrukcija pomožne mize ustreza vsem zahtevam, ki so bile podane: lahko izvaja pomik v želeni natančnosti in zahtevani dolžini pomika, je trdnostno zanesljiva ob maksimalni teži merjenega vzorca in je preprosta za sestavo.

Secondary title: Design of auxiliary table for the X - ray stress analyzer Xstress 3000
Secondary abstract: The purpose of this work is to design economically optimal solution of auxiliary table for positioning measurement spots on samples by using as many as possible standard components existing on market in accordance with the given requirements, limitations and assumptions about the product. Method of measurement of residual stresses in small samples in the laboratory requires the construction of auxiliary table, which will enable faster and more accurate measurement compared with existing devices for the manipulation of x – ray. With these existing devices measurements of residual stresses are carried out in the major components in the production. In the process of designing were taken into account all the requirements and limitations of the device, as well as any restrictions that used standard parts available on the market have. The finished product meets all the requirements that were specified: the auxiliary table can implement desired accuracy as well as required travel length, it can handle maximal load of samples and it is easy to assemble.
