Abstract

Komunikacija v razredu sestoji iz dopolnjevanja, sodelovanja ter vzajemnih odnosov med učitelji in učenci. Zelo pomembno vlogo imajo skladne zaznave učencev in učiteljev, ki postopoma pripeljejo ene in druge na višjo raven komunikacije v razredu. Diplomsko delo obravnava zaznavanje učiteljeve komunikacije v razredu s strani učencev in učitelja. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni medosebna komunikacija v razredu in njene podvrste, dejavniki, ki vplivajo na komunikacijo pri pouku, učiteljeve komunikacijske spretnosti v povezavi z vplivi pojmovanj in pričakovanj, zaznave komunikacije ter razvijanje učinkovitega sodelovanja v razredu. Empirični del temelji na raziskovanju zaznav učiteljeve komunikacije v razredu ter ugotavljanju razlik med zaznavami učencev in učiteljev ter razlikami glede na spol in učni uspeh. Podatke sem zbirala z anketnim vprašalnikom z ocenjevalno lestvico od 1 do 5 in z intervjujem učiteljice, s pomočjo vprašanj o samozavedanju lastnih komunikacijskih spretnosti. V raziskavo je bilo zajetih sedem oddelkov petih in šestih razredov ter njihove razredne učiteljice. Rezultati so pokazali, da prihaja do razlik v zaznavanju komunikacije tako med učenci in učiteljicami kot tudi med učenci glede na spol in učni uspeh.

Secondary abstract: Communication in class consists of complementarity, cooperation and mutual relationships between teachers and pupils. Agreement between teachers and students has a very big role to achieve a higher level of communication in class. My diploma treats the perception of teachers' communication in class from the point of a teacher and also pupils. In theoretical part I have presented interpersonal communication in class and its subtypes, factors that effect on communication in class, teacher's communication abilities in connection to their concept and expectations, perception of communication and development of effective cooperation in class. Empirical part consists of researching teachers' and pupils' perception of communication in class, as well as establishing differences according to sex and academic performance. Data was gathered by a survey with 1-5 scaling and teacher's interview. Questions were about awareness of their own communication abilities. Research included seven divisions of fifth and sixth grade and their class teachers. Research has shown a great difference in communication perception according to sex and academic performance in both pupils and teachers.
