Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja postopek določevanja dobe trajanja nosilca izpušnega sistema motornega kolesa v frekvenčni domeni. Analizirani sta bili dve različici nosilca izpušnega sistema z uporabo programskega paketa ANSYS 14.5 nCode DesignLife. Izvedene so bile statična, modalna ter frekvenčna analiza po metodi končnih elementov (MKE). Z obravnavo vibracijskega utrujanja je bila izračunana doba trajanja obeh različic nosilcev in s tem določen primernejši nosilec.

Secondary title: Determination of fatigue life of motorcycle hanger exhaust system
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis presents the procedure for determining the fatigue life of a motorcycle hanger exhaust system in the frequency domain. Two versions of a motorcycle hanger exhaust system using the software package ANSYS 14.5 nCode DesignLife were analyzed. The static, the modal and the frequency analysis using finite element method (FEA) were performed. The fatigue life of the two versions was calculated with treat of vibration fatigue of the hangers and the more appropriate hanger was determinated.
