Abstract

Ko govorimo o spletnih rešitvah za direktni marketing ima večina ljudi v mislih programe/orodja za pošiljanje nadležne elektronske pošte. V nalogi smo dokazali, da direktni marketing na spletu ni samo elektronska pošta, temveč v to kategorijo spadajo različni programi in orodja čigar prednosti uporabniki koristijo vsakodnevno. Pregledali smo nekaj najbolj znanih primerov takšnih strani in ocenili njihovo koristnost pri poslovanju. V praktičnem delu smo si podrobno ogledali primer iz podjetja Merel d.o.o.. poglobili smo se v procese, ki jih izvajajo uslužbenci in razdelali ter ocenili orodja ki jih pri tem uporabljajo. Ugotovili smo, da je proces učinkovit in da so orodja, ki jih uporabljajo ustrezna in večinoma primerna za dosego zastavljenih ciljev.

Secondary abstract: When talking about internet direct marketing people most often reffer to anoying spam messages. In this assignment we have prooven that direct marketing is not just mailing. Tools for direct marketing are many usefull programs useres use every day whithout any awearness they are marketing chanells. We researched some of the most popular web applications and programs and evaluated their capability to help doing business. In the practical part of the assignment we took a closer look in maketing processes of a company named Merel d.o.o. We went trough the whole process and evaluated each step, in the end we also took a look at programs they are using. Our opinion was the process of marketing is eficient and the tools that are being used for it are compatible with company's goals.
