Abstract

Diplomski seminar je sestavljen iz dveh delov, in sicer iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu podrobneje prikazujemo pojem organizacijske kulture. Podrobneje se predstavi pojme organizacijske kulture, tipologijo organizacijske kulture, ravni organizacijske kulture in še ostale pojme povezane z organizacijsko kulturo ter organizacijsko klimo. Ves teoretičen del smo povezali z empiričnim delom, ki govori predvsem o managementu organizacijske kulture. V empiričnem delu smo podrobneje predstavili učečo se organizacijo, ter pokazali kako se učeča organizacija povezuje z managementom. Zaradi vse večjih sprememb v poslovnem svetu in odseva finančne krize je za podjetja zelo pomembno, da skušajo v kar največji meri izkoristiti človeške potenciale. Razvijanje potencialov zaposlenih v korist podjetja je naloga vodij, zato morajo čim bolje poznati svoje podrejene in imeti z njimi dobre odnose. Management organizacijske kulture bo v kriznih časih povečeval potencial podjetjem, ter jih skušal približati najboljšim v panogi. Management in kultura sta dve plati istega kovanca. Organizacija in njena organizacijska kultura pa v največji meri odražata tisto, kar je management organizacije. Lahko bi celo trdili, da je organizacijska kultura slika managementa organizacije.

Secondary abstract: This thesis consists of two parts; this is to say the theoretical and research work. The theoretical part presents in detail the concept of organizational culture. Concepts of organizational culture are presented in detail, typology of organizational culture, organizational culture level and other terms related to the organizational culture and organizational climate. The theoretical part was connected with the empirical work that is about the management of organizational culture. In the empirical work we presented in detail the learning organization and show how is the learning organization associated with the management. Due to major changes in the business world and reflection of the financial crisis it is important for the company to try as much as possible to take advantage of human potentials. The development of the potential of employees is a task managers’ job, so they should know their subordinates well and build a good rapport with them. Management of organizational culture will increase the company’s’ potential in times of crisis and endeavored to bring the best in the industry. Management and culture are two sides of the same coin. The organization and its organizational culture are largely reflecting what the management organization is. We could even say that the organizational culture is an image of management organization.
