Interni nadzor izvajalca nad gradnjo gradbenih objektov

Abstract

Diplomsko delo teoretično obravnava interni nadzor nad gradnjo objektov ter prikazuje način poslovanja pri gradnji objekta na praktičnem primeru. Interni nadzor predstavlja sprotno ugotavljanje finančne uspešnosti delovanja gradbišča t.i. razvid poslovanja gradbišča. Za prikaz izračuna normativne porabe delovnih ur in materiala ter njihovo primerjavo z dejansko porabo, smo uporabili računalniško aplikacijo Blist. Na podlagi medsebojne primerjave normativne in dejanske porabe lahko ugotovimo, ali gradbišče posluje uspešno. S sprotno primerjavo normativnih porab delovnih ur in materiala na podlagi priznanih količin iz knjige obračunskih izmer ter dejanskih porabljenih količin, se izognemo negativnim izidom poslovanja na gradbišču.

Secondary abstract:	My diploma thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part; the theoretical part deals with internal supervision of construction work while the practical part introduces a practical example of construction operations performed on buildings. Through internal supervision one can regularly determine the financial success of the operations carried out on construction sites i.e. get an insight into the operating activities on construction sites. We applied the Blist computer software to present the calculations of standard-set working hours and used material and compare them with the amount of actually used material and completed hours of work. Based on this comparison we could lay down the success of the construction site operations. With regular comparison of standard-set working hours and used material, both determined according to the justified quantities laid down in the book of measures and used quantities, one can avoid a negative economic outturn of construction site operations.
