diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management informacijskih sistemov
Abstract
Diplomsko delo opisuje postopek prenove obstoječega sistema za daljinsko odčitavanje merilnih podatkov v podjetju Elektro Gorenjska, d.d. Prenova sistema je bila izvedena v okviru projekta implementacije naprednega sistema merjenja na celotnem upravljavskem področju Elektra Gorenjska.
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen sistem napredne merilne infrastrukture (ang. Advanced Metering Infrastructure, skrajšano AMI), njegove prednosti in razlogi za uvedbo. Z analizo delovanja obstoječega sistema, smo določili izhodišča za uvedbo izbranega sistema v poslovno okolje in priložnosti za izboljšavo delovanja. V postopku uvedbe smo obravnavali strežniško infrastrukturo skupaj s komunikacijskimi povezavami namestitev in prilagoditev. Veliko pozornost smo namenili oblikovanju in organizaciji posameznih elementov baze podatkov in integraciji s poslovnim informacijskim sistemom podjetja. Skozi scenarije uporabe smo prikazali način, s katerim smo pripravili postopek izvedbe opravil v novem sistemu in njihovo pomembnost pri vsakodnevnem delu s sistemom. S temi scenariji smo sistem pripeljali do točke, kjer lahko začnemo s postopnim prenosom funkcionalnosti in prehod na uporabo v produkcijskem okolju.
V zaključku smo izvedli oceno učinkov, ki jih je prinesla uvedba sistema v podjetje, določili pogoje za realizacijo in priložnosti za nadaljnji razvoj.

Diploma thesis describes reingeneering of the existing information system for remote meter reading data in Elektro Gorenjska. The system reingeneering was carried out in the framework of the implementation of an advanced measurement system throughout Elektro Gorenjska.
The thesis presents a system of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), its advantages and reasons for the introduction. Analysis of the existing system has set out guidelines for the successful introduction of the system in the business environment and opportunities for performance improvement. The layout of the server infrastructure is dealt in the process of introducing together with communications, installation and adjustments. It also presents the design and organization of individual database elements as well as integration with the business information system of the Elektro Gorenjska. The adaptation of the system is shown through the use cases which ensures the implementation of the existing processes in the field of electricity measurement. Described use cases represent the basic use of the system on a daily basis. With these standards the system is ready to the point where a gradual shift function can be started and used in a production environment.
The conclusion describes the impact assessment carried out by transferring the introduction of the system in Elektro Gorenjska and specifies the conditions for the realization of opportunities for further development. |
