Abstract
Podjetja dandanes stremijo k optimizaciji poslovanja na vseh področjih. V teoretičnem delu predstavljamo teoretična izhodišča s področij organizacije in prenove podjetja, ki so predpogoj za uspešnost poslovanja. Optimizacija je lahko dosežena na različne načine, mi predstavljamo eno izmed opcij, in sicer uvedbo računalniške izmenjave podatkov ali širše elektronsko poslovanje. Predstavljamo proces naročanja pred in po uvedbi sistema. Na podlagi izbranih metod dela, kot so anketa, intervju, slike procesa, predstavimo spremembe oziroma učinke sprememb v podjetju. Uvedba elektronskega poslovanja se kaže za pozitivno skozi prihranke, kontrolo samega procesa, trajanje procesa in podobne dejavnike predstavljene tekom dela. Preurejanje podjetja je eden izmed najpomembnejših procesov podjetja na trgu trgovskih verig, kjer vlada huda konkurenca. S prenovo procesa, kot je dnevno naročanje v maloprodaji, organizacija pripomore k trdnosti le-te in izboljšuje položaj na trgu in v očeh kupcev.

Companies today strive to optimize its operations in all areas. In the theoretical section I presented the theoretical foundations in the area of organization and renovation of a company that is a prerequisite for its success. Optimization can be achieved in different ways. I presented one of the options through the introduction of electronic data interchange or the wider electronic commerce. I also introduce the ordering process before and after the introduction of the system. They are based on the selected methods that work such as surveys, interviews, pictures of the process. I show the changes and the effects of these changes in the company. The introduction of e-business is seen as positive through savings, control of the process, the duration of the process, and similar factors presented during work. The rearrangement of the company is one of the most important processes of the enterprise in the market of retail chains where there is fierce competition. With the renovation of the process like daily ordering in retail the organization contributes to the strength of it and improves market position and customer’s opinion. |
