Secondary abstract: | Optimisation of the mass production is of great importance because we can increase the number of products or reduce costs by making a single change. In my thesis I analysed the mass production of meat slicers, the products of the company SASPRO d.o.o. The production led to bottlenecks and high transport costs due to installation. As a result we decided to design a new assembly line. By designing a new assembly line we lose a workplace which will be replaced by other work operations within the company. The production is thus more transparent and regulated. |
