Abstract

Razmišljati ustvarjalno in inovativno je v današnjem svetu zelo pomembno. Če želimo, da naše podjetje, organizacija ali mi sami delujemo inovativno, si moramo zagotoviti ustrezne pogoje. Ključna podlaga za ustvarjanje invencij in inovacij je inovativno okolje. V inovativnem okolju sta prisotna klima in kultura, ki nas spodbujata h kreativnosti in ustvarjalnosti. Podjetje, ki je vzpostavilo inovativno okolje, se lahko loti kreiranja inovativnih idej in procesov inoviranja. V profitnih in tudi v neprofitnih organizacijah so potrebne inovacije in inovativno razmišljanje. Zato mora vsaka organizacija in podjetje stremeti k inovativnim pristopom, da se lažje uveljavi v poslovnem svetu in tam obdrži trdno pozicijo.

Secondary abstract: Thinking creative and innovative is today very important. If we want our company, firm or ourselves to be innovative, we need to assure ourselves suitable conditions. The main key to create inventions and innovations is innovative environment. In this innovative environment, we have climate and culture, which are encouraging us to be creative and productive. Company which has established innovative environment can start with creating innovative ideas and innovative processes. In profit and also in non-profit organizations innovations and innovative thinking is needed. That’s why every organization needs to and must use innovative operations, to make an easier way into the market and to keep a steady position.
