Abstract
Projektno delo v vrtcu je način vzgojnega dela, pri katerem otrok aktivno sodeluje. Omogoča celosten razvoj. Proces doživljajo otroci, vzgojitelji in ostali, ki se v projekt vključujejo. Za projektno delo je značilno, da presega okvire dejavnosti v vrtcu, saj se vsebinsko, organizacijsko, časovno in prostorsko ne omejuje na pogoje, ki so v vrtcu. Kot primer dobre prakse je predstavljen projekt "Po vzoru tete Pehte". Projekt se osredotoča na spoznavanje hmelja, njegove zdravilne učinke in možnosti uporabe. Tema se znotraj projekta širi še na nekatera druga, za naše okolje pomembna in znana zdravilna zelišča in njihovo uporabo. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela smo preko anketiranja raziskovali, ali vzgojitelji poznajo projektno delo, ali ga znajo sami načrtovati in koliko ga pravzaprav vključujejo v svoje delo. Zanimalo nas je tudi, kaj menijo o projektnem delu in koliko pri načrtovanju le-tega sodelujejo z zunanjimi sodelavci oziroma institucijami. Naša raziskava je pokazala, da vzgojitelji poznajo projektno delo in da se največkrat odločajo za projekte daljšega časovnega obdobja. Za projekte se večinoma odločajo sami, v samo načrtovanje pa vključujejo otroke in upoštevajo njihove interese.

Project work in kindergarten is a way of raising a child, in which a child's active participation in it enables integral development. This is a process experienced by children, their educators and others who are involved in the process. Typical for project work is that it exceeds the framework of activities in kindergarten, because the content, organization, time and place are not limited by conditions in kindergarten. The project From Aunt Pehta role model is presented as an example of good practice. It is focused on the study of hobs, health benefits of hobs and the possibilities of their usage. The subject within the project is expanded to other areas for our city setting important and well know medicinal herbs and their usage. The empirical part of my diploma paper is based on a survey about educators being familiar with project work, its planning and its integration into their work. Furthermore the focus was on educators' opinion about project work and their cooperation with co-workers from other fields and institutions. The research has shown that educators are familiar with the project work and most times they work on long-term projects. When planning the projects educators integrate children and their interests as well. |
