Abstract

Nakupovanje na spletu je prihodnost poslovanja. Za podjetja pomeni manjše stroške, lažje prilagajanje tržnim pogojem. Hitreje lahko razvijajo odnose in analizirajo uporabnike, saj jim je dan dostop o nakupnih podatkih uporabnika. Za potrošnike je nakupovanje na spletu možnost hitrega, preprostega in učinkovitega nakupovanja od doma ali pisarne. Pomembno je, da se seznanijo z vsemi informacijami in pogoji spletnih trgovin, saj se lahko le tako izognejo nezadovoljstvu ob nakupu v spletni trgovini. Naučiti se morajo varno nakupovati. V diplomskem delu se seznanite s tematiko o spletnem nakupovanju, spletni trgovini, o njenih prednostih in pomanjkljivostih. Dana je tudi primerjava med klasičnim in spletnim nakupovanjem ter primer spletne trgovine Mimovrste. Diplomsko delo vsebuje tudi raziskave, ki so dostopne na spletu.

Secondary abstract: Online shopping is the future of the business. For business companies, it means lower costs and easier adaptation to market conditions. They can develop relationships faster and they can analyze users also, because the access of the users shopping data is given. For the consumers online shopping is an opportunity for fast, simple and effective shopping from home or from the office. It is important that they are aware of all the information and conditions of the online stores, this is the only way to avoid dissatisfaction with the purhase. They need to learn how to shop safely. In this thesis the readers become familiar with the topic of online shopping, online store and its strenght and weaknesses. Also a comparison between conventional and online shopping and an example of online store Mimovrste are given. Thesis also includes studies that are available online.
